Shipping & Returns

Overview

Our objects are made-to-order or produced in small batches, with each piece going through hand-finishing. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to countries within the  European Union.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos.
  • We’ll either refund, replace, or repair the item depending on the situation.

Please do not discard packaging until your claim is resolved, as we may need return shipping.

2. Production & Lead Times

Our products are made-to-order or produced in small batches. Production times may vary depending on the item and quantity. 

Estimated timelines will be shown at checkout or provided via email for custom inquiries.

3. Delivery & Couriers

We ship using trusted third-party courier services.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in Bulgaria.

If you’re nearby, reach out to arrange this option during the order process.

Returns & Refunds

1. Damage or Defect

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos.
  • We’ll either refund, replace, or repair the item depending on the situation.

Please do not discard packaging until your claim is resolved, as we may need return shipping.

2. Accepted Return Conditions

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item arrived damaged or faulty
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was not as described (excluding natural variations in finish or texture)

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging You must request the return within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are covered by you, unless the issue is our error
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

3. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Natural variations in color, finish, or texture
  • Items damaged due to incorrect use, handling, or storage (e.g. outdoor use of indoor objects)

4. How to Start a Return
